Terms & Conditions
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order or if you’ve changed your mind, we offer the option to return it for a store credit or refund under the following conditions:
- Return Request: Submit your return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without an authorised return request will not be accepted. Once you receive your ticket number and return address from our customer service team, you must return the item within 7 calendar days (excluding delivery time).
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and swing tags attached. Any matching accessories must also be included. Items should be in their original, reselling condition, free from odors (e.g., perfume or deodorant), stains (e.g., makeup or sweat), and pet hair.
- Restrictions: We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened. A maximum of three items can be returned per purchase or transaction.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page. For sale items, returns are only eligible for store credit. If a sale item is faulty, we will honor our obligations under Australian Consumer Law to provide a resolution.
Excluded Change of Mind Returns
We regret that we cannot accept returns if you change your mind for the following items:
- The product has been opened
- Broken or damaged on arrival
- Free Gift or sample
Refunds:
- Shipping and Handling Charges: These are not refundable.
- Promotional Codes: If you used a promotional code, we will refund the actual amount paid minus shipping charges, as promotional codes do not hold value.
- Free Shipping Threshold: If the total value of your order after a return falls below the free shipping threshold, the applicable shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, though this may vary depending on your bank.
