The monoverietal ‘Koroneiki’ crop produces a beautifully concentrated bold and fruity flavour. Our EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) is rich in healthy monounsaturated fats, has strong anti-inflammatory properties and is loaded with powerful antioxidants. The slight peppery taste is the Polyphenols.
The location is a contributing factor to ELIES EVOO acidity level which is as low as 0.2, placing it at the elite level of high-quality EVOO.
Our premium EVOO is cold-pressed, unfiltered, unrefined and has no additives.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil is best used within 24 months following harvest. The product must be stored away from direct light and heat. EVOO will go cloudy in colder temperature. Olive sediments may be found at the bottom of the bottle or tin.
